Club House Window by Email

Welcome to the Western Wayne County Conservation Association web page for receiving the Clubhouse Window by E-mail.  According to our By-Laws,  the Clubhouse Window must be sent out to each member of the club on a monthly basis.  We are creating this page for members to elect to receive the Clubhouse Window by E-mail as a replacement for receiving it by postal mail.  Here are some of the advantages to receiving the newsletter by E-mail: 1.    We will try to ensure that you will receive the Clubhouse Window much earlier in the month because once the newsletter is approved, it will be E-mailed out.  While the newsletter is being printed and mailed out, you will already have your copy to enjoy. 2.    The cost of sending out the newsletter by E-mail is free as compared to the cost of the buying the paper, paying the cost for printing, and paying the postal charges to mail it out.  We anticipated a large club savings to the club on a monthly basis. 3.    You will have your electronic copy of the newsletter to print off as many copies as you would like to. 4.    We will be sending out the Clubhouse Window Newsletter in .PDF format.  The program that reads this file is called Acrobat Reader.  This is a well known program that is small, reliable, and always free.  You probably already have it on your home PC.  You can always download the latest version of Acrobat Reader at:    http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readermain.html  It comes in both Windows and Macintosh versions. 5.    By not receiving the newsletter in paper format, we will be doing our part to faithfully defend from waste, the natural resources of my country.  Sound familiar? If you would like to receive the Clubhouse Window by e-mail, please copy and e-mail the following paragraph to the Club Webmaster at webmaster@wwcca.com.  He will then add your name to a mailing list to receive the newsletter by E-mail.  I, Your Name Here  member # _______ would like to receive the Clubhouse Window by E-mail on a monthly basis.  I will elect not to receive the newsletter by regular postal mail.  I also understand that if were to change my e-mail address, I am responsible for informing the club's webmaster.  I understand that my name and e-mail address will be added to a WWCCA E-Mailing list.  This mailing list will not be made available to any outside organization for any reason.  I realize that if I should change my mind, I can return to receiving the newsletter by postal mail by e-mailing the club's webmaster.
